Let’s face it, sometimes you could have the best service there is to offer but if you do not have the customer service to back up the performance, you may not purchase it. That is how I felt about our old cable provider. They had a great service but I was not happy with the customer service. Before switching though I want to read a DISH TV blog and find out if people are really happy with the customer service aspect of the provider.
